Your task: Try analyzing your life to understand where your today’s vacation preferences come from. Or how I uncovered the origins of my vacation preferences.
I’m not sure… What comes to mind when you say “vacation”? For me, it’s a few days or a week at the beach. My ideal getaway involves being near “big water.”
My father took my sister and me to Crimea every summer as a little girl. We lived in a tent on the beach for a month, which was common then. Entire towns of tents sprawled in popular vacation spots, and city dwellers would pitch tents by rivers, lakes, or the sea for after-work getaways.
The Ligurian Sea offers a diverse range of coasts and attractions. In this post, I will highlight two towns just a few kilometers apart to showcase this variety.

In the shadows of history lie tales of courage, defiance, and unexpected twists. The heretics' refuge, shrouded in mystery, unveils a surprising story of rebel resilience. Unearthed by archaeologists, the remnants of unfinished batteries provoke questions that challenge our understanding of the past.
These rebels were not your typical fighters; starving tramps driven by an unwavering spirit to resist oppression. Crossing treacherous mountains in record time, they faced off against the formidable bishop's army and mercenaries in a battle for freedom. The rebels' audacity in the face of adversity echoes through the ages, a testament to the indomitable human spirit.

Well-being is a strange thing sometimes.
Very often, to feel good, we close ourselves in our comfort zones. Especially if there are problems with society such as lack of work, increase in the cost of living, etc. We go through life like snails closed in their shells. There is frequent news from all over the world about it.

Here's one of the stories that kicked me out of the house to investigate what happened.
The first legend I heard when I moved here to the Biella area was the curse of Fra Dolcino, a heretical monk.
The people of Biella betrayed him, popular belief says, and for this reason, there are many suicides in the area. It’s a kind of punishment that haunts the population for centuries.
Can it be true that we have the possibility of meeting men who lived 4000 years ago? You won't believe it, but it's really possible. Here they are.
Valle D'Aosta, the smallest region in Italy, may seem inhospitable for productive activities due to its mountainous location. However, it boasts a wealth of captivating attractions and destinations that cater to tourists, nature lovers, and thrill-seekers alike.
