Visiting Italy also means discovering its wines. Thanks to the climatic conditions that allow the growth of vines and a particular richness and variety of soils, Italy boasts a great wealth of wines.

Wine and cuisine are indispensable for travel lovers and even for walks not too far from our home. Taste the products of the area where they are produced, create an additional flair, cover of romance, and intimacy with the place. Very often, at least in Italy, the chefs in the kitchens of local restaurants also use ingredients produced in this area. This ensures their authenticity and an exceptional taste that can only be obtained here. We can also say the same about local wines.

If I have this possibility, I always try to taste the local dishes by choosing restaurants away from the main tourist flows. Although sometimes this is not the best choice. Not all people are the same — this is why.

It happened to me — once, to tell the truth — that the owner gave me yesterday's leftovers (I think so — I want to be correct). And I felt bad about it. Also, it is a highly publicized place, far enough from where I live, I mean it took me a long time to get there, and I had dreamed of visiting it so much… It doesn't take much to ruin a romantic impression.
