Paris -panoramic photo

We have many fantasies about the world we can't reach. From our school years we know about the legendary cities, empires, events and rithuals that every good educated person has to visit, to see, to partecipate. The life passes and we are still here. We have not seen Paris, we have not drink beer during the Octoberfest in München, we did not climb Everest neither Mont Blanc... It's sad if we think about it from one side. Than, from other point of view, could you imagine that ALL those "good educated" persons climb Everest? What a mess would it be... Poor Everest. It's so good that not all those who dream about it could climb it...

When I begin to think about this unjustice of my destiny, I remember always my favourite German song that tells: my fiancee that's name is Marianne, wants to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon, but I can't accept it because there is not beer there. Here is a nice video with the song. By the way, do you "dance" like Germans when you sing? I like it very much!

If you still want to visit Paris but have not this possibility, here is a nice panoramic photo of this city with splendid song accompaining it:

  1. Hi Liudmila

yeah, it's sad that there are so many things we want to do, so many places we want to go, but are unable to...Life sucks

I often felt the same too. But hey, if we can't go to Paris, let Paris come to us ! Ha ha ha, theres always the French TV, French Music, French food, etc etc
    in our neighbourhood. ;)

Of course it won't be the same as flying to Paris, but we will have to make do with what limitati
ons we have...For the sake of our own happiness, let's kid ourselves and pretend to have fun ! :) ha ha ha

Oktoberfest is coming, I think I'll go buy some cheap local beer..and imagine myself in Munchen. Next I'll go to the movies and pretend Brad Pitt is
in love with me . :P

    Cheers and keep being happy

  2. :-))) You gave me great ideas, Big Bear's Wife, about how to see fulfilled my dreams! I always said: you in Asia have a very positive mentality in confront of us. I have different friends from "Those parts" and they are all so.
Now I have to learn that:
-if the mountain does not go to Mahomet, Mahomet goes to the mountain. And there is not difference. Let Paris and other places come to us!
-and for this we will organize the feasts we want to partecipate here!

By the way, one of my friends, a German, was in Munchen some years ago and said, she had not to go there because the reality had absolutely nothing from the legend.
